低维磁性与自旋电子器件研究团队

中国科学院院士陈仙辉教授指出:新材料支撑人类未来发展。低维磁性与自旋电子器件研究团队致力于探索新型二维磁性、多铁性、拓扑材料及其异质结的磁、电、光性能和调控规律,构建新型低能耗电子、自旋电子、拓扑电子和光电子器件。

2、研究平台与设备

研究团队目前搭建了低维磁性材料与自旋电子器件研究平台,包括样品制备平台、器件微纳加工平台和样品物性与器件性能表征平台,部分实验设备有:
